Our Story
Owners Mark and Kat Roscioli, proud local residents, are dedicated to creating memorable, personalized celebrations at Bear Mill Estate & Inn. Nestled along the Cocalico Creek and surrounded by the rolling hills of Lancaster County, the estate blends historic charm with modern comfort. Originally built in 1739 as one of the county’s first grist mills by Michael Bear, the property was honored in 2015 with the C. Emlen Urban Award for Restorative and Adaptive Reuse.
